PAYROLL

ODP has a weekly payday each Friday via mandatory direct deposit. Each ODP contracted staff is personally responsible for submitting their timesheet by 9:00 AM each Monday for on-time and accurate compensation. We offer NetSpend Visa Debt Cards free to active employees upon request.

Every employee is given access to their Employee Profile via the agency’s ATS system (UKG Ready) when you are hired and complete the onboarding process. You will access your paystub on the same site you are/will be using to clock in/clock out from. Please contact your recruiter if do not have access to your profile.

All changes MUST be submitted no later than 830 AM on Monday in order for the change to take effect for that week’s paycheck.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

ODP has open enrollment in the spring of each year (exact month varies from March-April) for health insurance. As a new employee, you will have a 30-day window from the date of hire to sign up for benefits. Benefit enrollment paperwork is completed as a part of the onboarding process. Please contact our Administrative Coordinator at 803-336-4400 for questions regarding your enrollment.

After working a total of 2080 hours you are eligible for the 5 days of paid vacation benefit. These hours are calculated as a cumulative running total with NO break in employment with the agency, i.e. employees must work a minimum of 1 shift each month for hours to be continuous.

All employees who are actively working shifts for a minimum of 90 days prior to their birthday will receive a $100 birthday bonus. Birthday bonuses are paid the month following your birthday month and are added to your paycheck as a bonus.

HIRING PROCESS

Once you submit an online application via the ODP website please allow 24-48 hours for a recruiter to contact you. Our hiring process can be completed within 1-3 days depending on your access to the required documents and credentials needed for onboarding.

Yes, a current resume is required and can be uploaded when you apply online.

  • Resume
  • Picture ID, i.e. driver’s license, military id, etc.
  • Proof of citzenship, i.e. social security card, passport or birth certificate
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current PPD or Chest Xray
  • Licensed/Certified Healthcare Professionals – Please provide your license number and the exact name your license/certification was issued to.
